Located in Valrico, FL ~ 25 min to downtown Tampa, 45 min to beaches or Disney! Renovations just completed for this double master set up. Family room has golf course views with desk area and multiple seating. Open game room with foosball & lounge area. Private den with pull out couch. Large screened lanai surrounded by tropical plants plus an inviting front porch to watch for birds and butterflies. Be on I-4 or I-75 within 10 minutes. Eateries, shopping nearby. Welcome!

We were in the area for our daughter's soccer tournament, and "Our Encanto" was the perfect place for our family's home base! The house was very clean, and we loved the unique and open layout. Overlooking the golf course felt very peaceful - and sitting on the back porch with coffee or cocktails was the best! Trish was a great host overall: super responsive, thoughtful, and friendly. We especially enjoyed her local recommendations and custom notes for us. Thank you Trish - we would definitely stay here again!

How many people can sleep at Encanto? There is space for 7 people to sleep at Encanto. Master bed 1 has a king and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is oversized with a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed & vanity area, Bedroom 4 has a pull out couch.
Can I cook at Encanto? The kitchen is fully furnished with snack bar, large dining room with table for 6 or 8 if you pull up the spare chairs, patio table in back with gas grill.
Encanto was a wonderful place for my brothers, sister and family to visit each other. It is comfortable, spacious and beautiful inside and outside. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings sitting on the lanai and leisurely eating breakfast/brunch at the family size dining table. The first one ip made coffee at the charming coffee bar to entice the rest of us to get out of bed. My niece and her husband started one of the puzzles provided that challenged others to stay up past bedtime to finish! Other games, puzzles books and indoor activities were in the game room. The beauty of Encanto makes it a great place to stay when you visit Valrico/ Tampa, FL.
