I began my real estate path in the mortgage business in 2004 doing residential loans for home buyers. I then added my real estate license soon after that in 2006. Since then I have transitioned into focusing solely on the real estate aspect and helping people buy and sell homes and small commercial properties.
It is a privilege to assist people with their biggest financial decision and I take their trust in me and work with great appreciation, humility, and diligence. "My record" speaks for itself as I have sold every listing I have ever taken. To do that means I spend my time personally on each customers home and never hand off that responsibility to anyone else. When helping buyers I have been able to achieve some great things for my buyers as well. Getting a home in a sellers market is very complex and difficult but with my understanding my buyers are now homeowners. I assist with new construction purchases too which is an area many buyers make the mistake and allow the builder to handle the contract for them. It is very important to have representation with you when you first visit the new home center. If we are not with you then you must give the salesperson our name and information for them to log us as your Realtor. Then we can assist with getting all the builder incentives and closing cost you are entitled to. We will assist with making sure you get maximum closing cost and cash incentives. I have sold most of my listings over the Zillow zestimate at time of listing, so I achieve the correct market value that these ibuyers do not correctly calculate.
